All products are shipped from Vancouver BC Canada.

Please note that our free shipping offer for orders over $100 CAD is only applicable to Canadian customers. All US-based customers are required to pay shipping charges.

You agree that should you make a mistake when inputting your address and do not realize until after it has been shipped, we do not take responsibility for this error and that you will cover all shipping costs required to re-ship your items to you. 

Refunds are not facilitated for delays or holds made by the shipping provider.

You agree that the delivery dates provided by our shipping partners (i.e., Canada Post, UPS, Purolator) are an estimate and that we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered by the stated date.
